Bigger, Stronger Biceps in October

Big biceps!

It seems some people naturally have bigger, stronger biceps than others . What’s the reason for this ? Is it pure genetics ? Is it the workout routine ? Is it the rep range ? Is it the diet ? Maybe a combination of all of the above . Let’s see why some have bigger, more defined biceps than others. I would also like to give some tips and pointers on developing the bicep muscle to help you make sure you’re doing everything you can to have your arms, or any other muscle group looking right !

Genetics play a big part of any muscle group that you want to develop. Based off of your genetics that you have been given, you automatically have certain limitations right out of the gate . However this is no excuse to not train a certain muscle group without giving it 100 percent. If we have a lagging body part, there are some effective ways to train that muscle group differently and stimulate growth. Thats how we start to transform our physiques and maximize our results.

If you have a certain body part that you want to improve then you can try training that muscle group twice per week. Make sure you have at least two days of rest in between training days. Something important that we cannot ignore is our rest and recovery. If we aren't eating the right foods, taking enough protein and resting enough then we are setting ourselves up for disappointment and injuries. You can train your biceps or any other muscle group that you want to see improvement in twice per week with one heavier day followed up by a lighter day with high reps.

The most important thing to remember is consistency and patience. Without these two things then everything else won't work. You can do the best exercise for any given muscle group and you can take the best supplements on the market but without consistency then everything else will fail. The most important workouts to get in are the ones when you don't feel up to it or when you are tired. Sometimes showing up is the hardest part. If you want to reach your fitness goals and change your habits just remember it won't be easy all of the time but its always worth it in exchange for a better, longer life.
