You can either do timed intervals or you can count reps

Bring your knees up as high as possible

Make sure on your way up you land flat on your feet.

1)Shoulder width hand placement 2)keep your wrists directly under your shoulders 3)Keep your butt down and slowly lower your body until it almost reaches the ground 4)inhale on the way down and exhale on the way up

1)Shoulder width grip 2)Make sure your hands are symmetrically place don the bar 3)Pull the bar up and slowly lower it back down while keeping your elbows close to your ribcage
